About

Hi, I’m Cherie St. Pierre

With more than 20 years of experience in psychological assessment, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals and families navigating developmental and diagnostic questions. I hold a Master’s in Education from the University of Alberta and have built my practice on a foundation of empathy, evidence-based assessment, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey.

Much of my career has focused on working with children and families, including my time at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital. That experience has given me valuable insight into the importance of identifying strengths, understanding challenges, and implementing practical strategies that promote resilience and growth. While I continue to offer comprehensive assessments for preschool and school-aged children, my practice now also includes diagnostic assessments for adults seeking greater clarity through an autism diagnosis.

Whether supporting a parent in understanding their child or helping an adult gain insight into their own lived experience, I approach each assessment with care, collaboration, and clinical rigour. My work is guided by principles from the Circle of Security, the NeuroRelational Framework, and Trauma-Informed Care, and I strive to ensure that every individual I work with feels seen, supported, and understood.
